How long does it take for my account to be activated?
Each Cloud VPS server is set up when you order it, so it can take up to 1 hour before you receive your login information.
Will you migrate my websites from another provider?
Absolutely! Open a ticket with support and we’ll be happy to migrate your sites for you. Must be from a cPanel/WordPress.
Do I need my own domain name when signing up for VPS?
Yes, you will need a domain name to choose your server name when signing up.
Can you register domain names for me?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to register a domain with your VPS, or any number of domains after your first hosting account is set up.
Where are your servers located?
We have multiple locations to choose from so you can get a server closer to your location. You can choose from Dallas, Baltimore, Seattle, and Amsterdam.
Can I upgrade my account at a later time?
You can upgrade your VPS at any time. Prorated fees will apply when upgrading mid-month.
How do I receive my login credentials?
You will receive your login information via email within 1 hour of your order. If you have not yet received this email, please enter a ticket with support so we can assist you.
Will there be any downtime if I upgrade my Cloud VPS?
There will be no downtime. Because this is a Cloud VPS we will simply allocate more resources to you. There is no server move involved. If you upgrade from a cPanel or Reseller account to VPS there will be a transition period, but your site should not experience any downtime.
